The use of insulting language does not guarantee a response from me. What it does guarantee is contempt.
It also takes a breathtaking degree of stupidity to want to take on a writer, any decent writer really, in a written medium.
Re: the question at hand...no there was still plenty of room for docking. It's hard to gauge distances because of the sheer *size* of the station and the cruiser.
